DeVor Tool has extensive experience designing and crafting dies for complex parts. Conceptual drawings or similar parts are often the only sources of information from which we design new tools, dies, and prototypes.
The toolroom also serves as a critical support element to our production machining division.
Extensive grinding capabilities include both cylindrical and linear contour grinding of steels and carbides. Precision contour grinding has been a specialty of DeVor Tool and Die for over 30 years.
Traveling wire EDM facilities enable us to design and cost effectively build dies with complex geometric shapes. Our EDM capability allows us to do prototype work quickly and accurately. Our EDM capability also provides important support to our production machining operation.
